The windows and professional workers are Fantastic! I have lived with winter draft and moments of chill prior to these replacement windows. Now installed, the windows are actually wonderful. No chill and no draft in the back room, the living room and dining area is also comfortable and visually attractive with the matching wood and window frame. Why didn’t I do this sooner?!

The two installers are focused, quiet workers and skilled. The job was well done and I really appreciate the care shown. I will be honest: I have had others work on my home but this business is quality so don’t look further.

I recently had a garage man door replaced and an archway over a picture with stained glass being the framed archway. It had been eaten up by squirrels. Dan did an excellent repair job. Mark and his helper Mike also helped — thanks to Seth for making some minor adjustments. Thank you to Michael Viviano for his quick response to replacing the storm door latch in the blazing July heat. Also thanks to Lane and Virginia for scheduling and keeping me up to date. Robert and Virginia, you have a great team.

We had all new windows put in at our (new to us) house. The team of Dan, Mark and Seth was friendly and kind and as unobtrusive as humanly possible while giving us new and beautiful windows. Our house did not make the process easy, but they rolled with the punches and now our house is snug and quiet! So grateful for the result.

Our house was built in the 1920s, and our basement door was nearly impossible to open due to the house continuing to settle over the years. The door frame had started to rust out as well, and it was time to get the door replaced. We had a few bids, and mostly all were around the same price, but we chose Viviano due to quality reviews — they did not disappoint.

The job ended up being much more difficult than anticipated (old stone foundation), but after sending pictures to the owner and discussing with him, he was able to make a game plan. As he was out of town, he described the difficult task to his installer, who came out and was able to complete the job. Afterward, Viviano sent another person out to put in additional insulation and ensure the job met my expectations.

If I have any future door or window installations, I will absolutely be reaching out to Viviano.
